ROCKY MOUNT, Va. (Romero Report) — Tienda Latina 220, a business located at 11445 Virgil Goode Highway in Rocky Mount, was broken into during the night/early morning hours of May 15 to May 16.

Various items of monetary value, including a cash register and jewelry, were stolen, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.

The Sheriff’s Office said no employees were present during the incident.

Currently, no arrests have been made, but the investigation remains active.

Authorities urge anyone who noticed any suspicious activity or vehicles in the area between 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, and 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 16, to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 540-483-3000.
