UPDATE | The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office reported on June 8 that Cindy Horn has been verified to be in New Orleans, Louisiana and has been cleared from being a missing person in their jurisdiction.

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (Romero Report) — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance in locating 52-year-old Cindy (Suttles) Horn.

Horn’s daughter last saw her in November 2023, and her family last heard from her on March 16 when she was in New Orleans, Louisiana.

She is described as having blonde hair, green eyes, standing 5 feet tall, and weighing 120 pounds.

Her family is deeply concerned for her well-being.

Anyone with information regarding Cindy Horn’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office at 540-483-3000.
