PATRICK COUNTY, Va. (Romero Report) — Authorities in Patrick County are currently investigating the theft of a Bobcat 873 skid steer.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened near the intersection of Salem Highway and Dry Pond Highway between April 4 and June 6.

The stolen Bobcat is equipped with forks and does not have a bucket.

Officials are asking anyone with information about this theft to contact the Patrick County Sheriff’s Office at 276-694-3161, or Investigator Robby Haynes at 276-340-7275.

A substantial reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of those responsible for the theft.
