HENRY COUNTY, Va. (rbs news now) — Henry County Parks and Recreation will kick off their summer Movie in the Park series with a screening of “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” on Friday, June 21.

This family-friendly event will be held next to the picnic shelter at Jack Dalton Park, with free admission for all attendees.

Pre-movie festivities will begin at 7:30 p.m. with music and games.

The movie is scheduled to start at 8:55 p.m.

The series will also feature “Migration” on July 19 and “Trolls Band Together” on August 23.

Attendees can purchase candy, snacks, water, soda, and other items on-site.

In case the parking lot at the park reaches capacity, additional parking is available at the administration building, with access to the park via the steps behind the building.
