PATRICK COUNTY, Va. (Romero Report) — The Connect Health + Wellness Mobile Clinic is bringing healthcare services to the community this July with a new setup location in the parking lot across from Spring Drug, located at 22042 Jeb Stuart Highway.

The mobile health clinic will be available from 1 p.m.to 6 p.m. on July 3, July 10, July 17, and July 31.

Walk-ins are welcome, with no pre-registration required.

The mobile dental clinic will offer services from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on July 15, July 22, and July 29.

Appointments for July 15 and July 22 can be scheduled by calling 276-638-0787, while appointments for July 29, in collaboration with Caring Hearts, will book quickly, according to officials.

Walk-ins are welcome, but there may be a wait.

New patients are encouraged to visit.

For all visits, attendees should bring a photo ID and a list of medications.

Those with insurance should bring their insurance card, and those without insurance should provide proof of income (one month of pay stubs, a W-2, or a Social Security income letter).
