DANVILLE, Va. (rbs news now) — Police in Danville are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at Charlie’s Stop and Shop on Franklin Turnpike on September 24.

At around 9 a.m., two males entered the store, brandishing guns, and demanded money from the staff.

The suspects fled the scene in a black BMW with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to authorities.

Anyone with information regarding the robbery is urged to contact Danville Police.
