
HENRY COUNTY, Va. (rbs news now) — The Henry County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Interdiction Unit conducted a traffic stop that resulted in the arrests of two people on October 23.
Deputies said they discovered suspected fentanyl inside the vehicle occupied by Rhona Crutchfield, 60, and Amanda Spangler, 44, during the stop.
Crutchfield was arrested on outstanding distribution charges within Henry County, while Spangler was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Information obtained during the stop led investigators to a residence on South Creek Court in Collinsville.
Acting on this lead, the Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team executed a narcotics search warrant at the residence, seizing suspected meth, fentanyl, and digital scales.

All substances will be sent to the department of forensic science for analysis.
During the search, investigators said they located Tiwan Maurice Dillard, 49, of Bassett, who was arrested on an outstanding charge from Martinsville for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Dillard was then charged with possession of a controlled substance.
The investigation remains active.
