
HENRY COUNTY, Va. (rbs news now) — A Martinsville man was arrested on the campus of Patrick & Henry Community College following reports of a potential threat posed by a student.
The Henry County Sheriff’s Office, in collaboration with P&HCC Campus Police, apprehended William Shane Goodman, 35, without incident on November 4.
Campus police first detained Goodman after being informed of the situation.
He faces multiple charges, including possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm while in possession of meth, and possession of a controlled substance.
Goodman is currently being held at the Henry County Adult Detention Center without bond.

The Crimestoppers program offers rewards up to $2,500 based on the nature of the crime and quality of information provided.
