HENRY COUNTY, Va. (rbs news now) — The Henry County Sheriff’s Office seized suspected fentanyl and meth during a narcotics search on November 14.

Deputies executed the warrant at 50 Foxtree Drive, Apartment 22 and detained two residents, Trey Michael Severt, 34, and Cheree Nicole Dalton, 34.

Both were charged with the intent to sell schedule I/II drug (suspected meth).

Severt is on probation for possession of schedule I/II drugs, possession of stolen goods, and possession of 10 grams of meth with the intent to distribute.

He is being held without bond at the Henry County Adult Detention Center.

Dalton, who also faces charges for misdemeanor failing to appear in Martinsville and a felony probation violation in Franklin County, is held without bond at the Martinsville City Jail.

The investigation remains ongoing.
