ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, N.C. (rbs news now) — The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating Harry Lee Willard Jr.

Willard, 44, was last seen on foot around December 24, 2024, in the area of Angel Road in Madison.

Anyone who sees Willard or has information on his whereabouts is urged to call 9-1-1 and report his location.
