DANVILLE, Va. (rbs news now) — A former Western Sizzlin property in Danville has been sold and is slated to become the site of a new 7 Brew Coffee shop.

Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer announced in a news release it handled the sale of approximately 1.11 acres at 3211 Riverside Drive.

7B Real Estate BT Holdings purchased the parcel from The Daniel Group, Inc. for $900,000 with plans to develop the property for 7 Brew.

The news release said Wyatt Poats of Thalhimer negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller and is also working with 7 Brew to identify additional locations across Western Virginia.

According to the company’s website, 7 Brew began in 2017 with its first stand in Rogers, Arkansas, with the goal of turning drive-thru coffee into “a fun, mind-blowing experience” through speed, quality and service.

The chain now operates nine locations in Virginia and multiple across the U.S.

It offers a wide range of drinks, including iced, hot and chilled coffees; energy drinks infused with any flavor including sugar-free options; sparkling waters and teas; lemonade; smoothies; shakes and more.

7 Brew emphasizes cultivating “kindness and joy with every drink” and says the concept is “changing the drive-thru coffee industry” nationwide.
