HENRY COUNTY, Va. (rbs news now) — A Henry County man previously charged in an abduction and rape investigation now faces an additional charge in connection with a January armed robbery, according to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies initially released information Jan. 13 about an armed robbery that occurred Jan. 11 at approximately 10:40 p.m. at the 5 Point Tobacco store on Virginia Ave., Martinsville.
Authorities said an unidentified man entered the business, displayed a knife and demanded money from the clerk before leaving with an undisclosed amount of cash.

On Feb. 25, investigators identified and arrested Tyson Me’shad Bryant Stockton, 28, as the suspect in the robbery.
Stockton is the same individual identified in a media release issued earlier this week related to an abduction and rape investigation.
He now faces an additional charge of robbery in connection with the Jan. 11 incident.
Stockton remains held without bond at the Henry County Adult Detention Center.
