
MARTINSVILLE, Va. (rbs news now) — Three individuals were taken into custody Thursday after the Martinsville Police Department executed a narcotics search warrant at a residence on Warren Court.
Police Chief Chad Rhoads told rbs news now that the search warrant was executed after authorities developed probable cause that narcotics were being distributed from the residence.

The Martinsville Police Department’s SWAT Team executed the warrant with assistance from Martinsville Fire & EMS.
Chief Rhoads said three individuals are currently in custody; however, no formal charges have been filed.
The investigation remains ongoing, and additional information is expected to be released as it becomes available.
