FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (rbs news now) — A Franklin County Sheriff’s Office patrol vehicle was involved in a crash with a Ford Mustang Sunday morning at an intersection near Forty West Food Fare convenience store.

The crash occurred at the intersection of Franklin Street and Scuffling Hill Road.
